ROLE (overview of the position)


As a Sales Representative, you should have at least 20-40 hours available (if not more) to have as many “selling” conversations as possible (60-minutes on zoom) and enroll qualified prospects into our coaching program(s). 


The majority of these calls will be inbound with primed, warm leads who’ve previously watched a webinar, followed our content, or been qualified by one of our lead generation team members. 


Our ideal clients are health and fitness entrepreneurs who have an established coaching business (ideally online), are generating revenue, and have an existing coaching program but they aren’t growing fast enough and they want a more predictable way to attract more clients and scale their coaching business. 



RESPONSIBILITIES (tasks associated with the role)


    • Run 60-minute client enrollment calls - called Practice Growth Sessions™ - with prospects who book appointments through our scheduling platform and enroll as many qualified prospects into our Health Business Accelerator™ (HBA) program as possible.

    • These calls should follow our enrollment call framework and script. 

    • Have full-time availability (based on leadflow) per week available to conduct calls.

    • Study relevant materials to have an excellent understanding of the HBA program so you can effectively communicate its value and process to prospects and answer related questions.

    • Process payments using Ontraport (links to be provided) with credit card information provided by prospective clients over the phone. Violation or misuse of customer and/or payment information will result in immediate termination and legal action.

    • Conduct immediate follow-up via text, email, and phone to improve show up rate.

    • Conduct follow-up via text, email, and phone with prospects when necessary to “close” the sale.

    • Track prospect flow and sales cycle using our Ontraport system (CRM).

    • Track and report daily numbers in our tracking sheet.

    • The secret code is HP2025

    • Adhere to our client onboarding process which includes inputting new clients (name, email, phone, address) into our CRM at the time of processing their credit card, sending Docusign agreement and welcome email,  connecting new clients with their Client Success Manager (CSM), and updating the CSM in Process Street as you create the link.

    • Study Healthpreneur® Brand Identity document and related Company Culture documents to be 100% clear on our vision, core values, ideal clients/customers, important processes, and overall business model.

    • Attend our team Daily Sales Huddle (9:30am EST daily). 

    • Prepare for and attend WeeklyTeam Call (Mondays 1:30pm EST).

    • Review 2 calls per week to continue learning, and practice sales skills to continually get better. One self-review, one review of another sales representative and post this in the Sales Team Metrics google sheet

    • Submit a Weekly Report by Sunday at 4:00 p.m. EST, with insights and learnings from your KPIs 



RESULTS (expected outcomes)


    • We expect you to have full-time availability each week for enrollment calls. If traveling or other events arise, you must let us know ASAP so we can adjust our booking tool accordingly.

    • We expect that you do not cancel calls at will.

    • We expect you to enroll at least 30% of the people you speak with on a weekly basis. BUT you must not sacrifice the quality of prospects you enroll just to hit your numbers.

    • We expect you to qualify prospects properly (on zoom) and to not pre-judge them based on their application answers ahead of time.

    • We expect every conversation to be a positive and helpful interaction so that our brand is never compromised and every prospect feels heard and good about working with us.

    • We expect you to be assertive, not aggressive, and know when to push for the sale and when to back off to give the prospect space if needed.

    • We expect you to follow up relentlessly (following our value-adding process) with prospects who are a good fit but didn’t say “yes”.


REQUIREMENTS (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)


  • English first language
  • At least 1 year previous experience in sales 
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Tremendous listener and happy to spend more time listening than talking
  • Ability to be honest, transparent, and real with prospects.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and happy to lean into difficult conversations and ask tough questions to cut to the truth.
  • Thick skin and not bothered by hearing “No” or getting rejected.
  • Coachability - you must absorb and apply new learning
  • Curiosity - you must ask questions and be attentive to prospects needs
  • Prior success - you must have a track record of success
  • Intelligence - you must pick things up quickly and make sense of various situations
  • Work ethic - you must be a hard worker and always looking to get better and do better
