As a Copy Coach, your role is to help our clients improve their messaging and offers so that their landing pages, webinars, and Facebook ads convert better. This will be done via daily group calls and direct feedback inside our Facebook groups.

Your measure of success is that our clients’ marketing and messaging is compelling and Facebook compliant, allowing them to generate more leads and ultimately more clients at a positive ROI.

Specifically, your goal is to help our clients see a 20% (or higher) optin rate, a cost per lead of less than $8 (from Facebook ads), and webinar registrants book a call with them for <$200. 

This role involves coaching clients to build their own webinar funnel ("Done With You" - DWY) as well as a lucrative "Done For You" (DFY) package where you will create the assets for clients so that they can deploy their ads and get results even faster.

Our founder and CEO, Yuri Elkaim, is located in Toronto, Canada. Our team members are all driven by their shared desire for impact, excellence, and continuous growth.

Have 4-6  hours per week available for the following tasks:

  • Study relevant materials to have an excellent understanding of HBA program so you can effectively communicate its value and process to prospects and answer related questions.

  • Study Healthpreneur® Brand Identity document and related Company Culture documents to be 100% clear on Contracting Party’s vision, core values, ideal clients/customers, important processes, and overall business model.

  • Be well versed in our Perfect Client Pipeline training and understand each component of our business model (that we teach to our clients) so you have full knowledge of how each component fits together.

  • Watch all training videos inside our Online Portal to understand what our clients are building out in their business.

  • Run a 60-minute Group Calls each week centered around webinars, webinar landing pages, overall offer messaging, and/or Facebook ad copy with Healthpreneur® clients.

  • The secret code is HP2025

  • Study Facebook compliance and advertising policies so that all recommendations to clients are within the scope of Facebook’s rules.

  • Engage in Health Business Accelerator™ (HBA) workshop Facebook group (respond to comments, encourage others, post helpful posts) and Luminaries Mastermind Facebook group to help clients through sticking points related to webinars, landing pages, ad copy, or overall messaging. (roughly 60-90 minutes per week)

  • Attend Weekly Sync (team meeting), Weekly Pod, and Weekly 1-on-1 meetings. 

Allocate an additional 25-40 hours for each "DFY" client, where you will:

  • Conduct 60-minute intake call to get familiar with client's offer and voice
  • Create webinar slide deck (to be recorded by client in their voice)
  • Create registration page and followup email sequence 
  • Create 20 Facebook ads with images


  • Our clients’ marketing and messaging is compelling and Facebook compliant, allowing them to generate more leads and ultimately more clients at a positive ROI.

  • Our clients Facebook ad accounts are active and in good standing (not shut down) because their ads and landing pages are compliant.

  • Our clients see a 20% (or higher) optin rate, a cost per lead of less than $6, and calls are booked for <$200


  • English 1st language
  • 2+ years experience in copywriting, having written/created winning creatives, sales pages, webinars, or other marketing material in the health and wellness industry.
  • You have a deep understanding of marketing, messaging, and persuasion, especially for the health and wellness industry.
  • You have been mentored/coached by a top copywriter (and ideally continue to be)
  • You have read, study, (and love) the “classics” from Ogilvy, Gary Halbert, Dan Kennedy, Eugene Schwartz, and others.
  • You have experience creating marketing material specifically for Facebook and understand how to “tone down” traditional (and hypey) direct response copy to be Facebook compliant.
