We help them generate a large volume of inbound leads (through a webinar funnel) but they can't possibly handle all the sales calls which is why we are currently hiring a rock-star sales reps who have hustler DNA, want a full calendar of warm leads, and who want to sleep well at night knowing that they're selling something that's making a transformative difference in peoples' lives.

If that's you and you are hired into this role, you will be paired with one of our clients for whom you will be selling.

What will you be selling? Could be ONE of the following high-ticket offers ($4,000-$7,000): weight loss, migraine relief, bone health, gut health, getting in better shape, helping kids who have ADHD, or others.

As a Phone Sales Rep (for one of our clients), you should have at least 20-40 hours available (if not more) to have as many “selling” conversations as possible (45 minutes over the phone) and enroll qualified prospects into one of our clients’ health coaching program(s). 

Essentially, we will train and coach you and you will do sales calls for 1-2 of our clients (who are health practitioners). All leads will be inbound and “warm” after watching a webinar about our clients’ solution/offer.

If you are selected to join our sales team, you will be assigned to 1-2 of our clients based on best fit so that you have a full calendar of calls, allowing you to generate as many calls and enrollments as possible.

This is a 100% commission based role and if you excel you should see anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 per month in commissions.

Our ideal clients are health and fitness entrepreneurs who have an established coaching business (ideally online), are generating revenue, and have an existing coaching program but they aren’t growing fast enough and they want a more predictable way to attract more clients and scale their coaching business. 


  • Run 45-minute client enrollment calls. The offer you’ll be selling will be determined once you are paired with one of our clients’ businesses. But it will be a higher ticket health-related coaching offer.

  • These calls should follow our enrollment call framework and script. 

  • Have 20+ hours per week available to conduct calls.

  • Study relevant materials to have an excellent understanding of our sales process and the client’s business you will be enrolling clients into. 

  • Process payments over the phone (links to be provided) with credit card information provided by prospective client over the phone. Violation or misuse of customer and/or payment information will result in immediate termination and legal action.

  • Conduct immediate follow-up via text, email, and phone to improve show up rate.

  • Conduct follow-up via text, email, and phone with prospects when necessary to “close” the sale.

  • Track and report daily numbers in our tracking sheet.

  • Attend ONE weekly meeting with the business owner (our client) whom you will be selling for (time TBD).

  • Provide a short synopsis of each call and post in Slack channel within 12 hours of conducting a call.

  • Train at least 20 minutes per day by watching provided sales trainings.

  • Role play at least once per day (for 10-15 minutes) with a fellow colleague.

  • Submit a Weekly Report every Friday afternoon with insights and learnings from ONE of your calls.


  • We expect that at least 70% of booked calls are actually conducted and that you do not cancel calls at will.

  • We expect you to enroll at least 30% of the people you speak with on a weekly basis. BUT you must not sacrifice the quality of prospects you enroll just to hit your numbers (any refunds or cancellations will have 100% commission clawback).

  • We expect every conversation to be a positive and helpful interaction so that the reputation of the business you’re representing is never compromised.

  • We expect you to be assertive, not aggressive, and know when to push for the sale and when to back off to give the prospect space if needed.

  • We expect you to follow up with prospects who are a good fit but didn’t say “yes” on the spot.


  • English first language
  • Based in North America, UK/Western Europe, or Australia
  • At least 1 year previous experience in consultative sales (ie. coaching or high ticket)
  • Passion for health (or experience in the health industry) is a MAJOR plus. 
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • The secret code is HP2021
  • Tremendous listener and happy to spend more time listening than talking
  • Ability to be honest, transparent, and real with prospects.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and happy to lean into difficult conversations and ask tough questions to cut to the truth.
  • Thick skin and not bothered by hearing “No” or getting rejected.
  • Coachability - you must absorb and apply new learning
  • Curiosity - you must ask questions and be attentive to prospects needs
  • Prior success - you must have a track record of success
  • Intelligence - you must pick things up quickly and make sense of various situations
  • Work ethic - you must be a hard worker and always looking to get better and do better
