If you live and breathe media buying...if you understand the nuances of the Facebook ad platform...if you seem to produce results where others simply can’t...and if your idea of a good time is waking up and jumping into Facebook ads manager and spending hours launching and optimizing campaigns for serious growth and continually learning to stay ahead of the curve, then you’re in the right place. 


We’re looking for a full time “in house” media buying ROCKSTAR with a PROVEN TRACK RECORD of scaling Facebook ad campaigns (profitably) in the coaching, services, or high-ticket offer space with experience (and documented results) running webinar funnels and/or application (for call) funnels.


Do not continue...do not pass go... unless you have the PROOF that you’ve done this before (ideally many times) and that you can do it again...spending upwards of $50k/month profitably.


This is NOT for agencies. I repeat...NOT. FOR. AGENCIES. 


This is different from what you've likely seen before...


No more dumb retainers that limit your upside or percentage of ad spend agreements that don't incentive metric-driven performance...


Instead, your compensation will be 100% performance based and if you do a great job you will earn more money than anything else you’ve ever done in your media buying career. Our goal is that, within 6-12 months, you are earning high 5-figure or 6-figures PER MONTH.


So, what does a “great job” look like? 


Since we are partnering with a select number of our best clients (all health experts), we only get paid when they win (ie. enroll clients). The best part is that our company enrolls the clients on their behalf so WE control the entire lead generation and conversion process which ensures maximum results instead of hoping that the client will do a good job on their end.


We don’t charge a retainer. We are incentivized (just as they are) to grow their high-ticket coaching business as high as possible and we take a cut of the front end. The better our marketing is for their business, the better the entire funnel/offer will work. And that’s where you come in. You help generate as many qualified leads as possible via Facebook ads and our proven Perfect Client Pipeline process will take care of the rest to convert on the backend.


There is no ceiling on your earning potential in our business model and we are only interested in bringing on world-class copywriters who have the experience and confidence to scale big instead of trading dollars for hours or worrying about retainers. We work exclusively in the RESULTS economy, not the trading time for money economy. 


If you are not ok with that, then this is not the position for you. I want to be abundantly clear about that.


This performance-based model allows you to enjoy the tremendous upside potential of being an entrepreneur (rather than an employee or a gun-for-hire) and doing what you love without the risk that comes with running your own business or agency.

We are only partnering with clients who want to build very large 7-, 8-, and even 9-figure health empires and who have a solid foundation (ie. 6-figure revenue) from which we can scale. You will get a cut of that action.

ROLE


As our full time media buyer for Healthpreneur®, you will oversee all the Facebook ad campaigns for one or more of our top level clients and ensure we can scale their health coaching business within our target metrics. You will primarily live inside the ads manager - setting up, tweaking, and testing campaigns so they’re always performing. 


You will bring ideas to the table and you will set up new tests every day to find the winning combinations. You will manage and optimize our ad campaigns as if they were your own, obsessing over the tiny details that can make big differences. You will have an infinite budget (if our metrics are hit) and you will treat this privilege as if it were your own money.


You will ensure our ad accounts are always in good standing and if problems occur (like ad account shut downs), you will immediately go to work to fix them so we’re never more than 48 hours without ads running. You will ensure that redundancies are set up and ready in case we need backup accounts, payment methods, new business pages, URLs, etc… to ensure we are ALWAYS actively running ads.


Preference for this role will be given to the individual who is not only highly data driven, analytical, and a savant at optimizing ad campaigns BUT he/she who has a strong understanding of and ability to create high-converting direct response marketing. Thus, having the ability to see the higher level strategic and creative picture (in conjunction with analyzing the data)  is a BIG plus. As is having an astute visual eye for creative (images, videos) that are likely to produce better results.


Your success will be measured by your ability to grow the number of qualified strategy calls (and ultimately paying clients) that are generated from our ads within our target metrics. Ultimately, the more you can spend profitably and the greater our company’s gross profits, the better you’re doing.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage ad account(s) and ad campaigns and ensure they’re ALWAYS in good standing.
  • Strategize plan of attack to achieve our desired outcomes (more leads, more strategy calls booked).
  • Set up and monitor custom and lookalike audiences for TOF, MOF, and BOF and deploy the appropriate ads to each.
  • Launch new tests daily to constantly “beat the control” and improve performance.
  • Have an intimate and crystal clear understanding of our perfect clients. 
  • Communicate DAILY with the necessary team members (copywriter, etc..) with performance updates and ideas that can be tested.
  • Ensure the most important metrics are visible to the marketing team (this will likely be done automatically via supermetrics or similar software).
  • Optimize landing page layout and copy to improve conversions (NOT REQUIRED BUT BIG *PLUS*).
  • Stay on top of Facebook policy updates and any new information or insights that can directly impact (negatively or positively) our ad campaigns.
  • Keep an open line of communication with the marketing and sales team to keep a pulse on the quality of leads generated.  
  • Attend Weekly Sync (team meeting), weekly 1-on-1 meeting with marketing manager, monthly and quarterly strategic planning meetings.



RESULTS

Your success will be measured by your ability to generate more sales opportunities to substantially grow our client base and gross profit through paid traffic. 


  • Generate more qualified leads (to health-related audiences for under $8 USD) 
  • Generate more strategy calls booked (to health related audiences for under $150 USD)
  • Spend as much money as you possibly can at a minimum 30-day ROAS of 5-to-1 (target is $50k+ per month) within target KPIs.



REQUIREMENTS 


  • English first language
  • Based in North America (preferable but not required)
  • Available to work FULL TIME. 
  • At least 2+ years experience running and scaling PROFITABLE Facebook ad campaigns (at $50k+ spend per month) for coaching, service-based businesses, or high ticket offers.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook ad policies and community guidelines so you can spot potential issues with creative (or other) before they’re even deployed.
  • Experience dealing with business manager and ad account problems and successfully re-activating them or finding alternative ways to get ads back up and running.
  • Open minded to test new ways and new ideas that could yield better results (ie. CBO vs ad spend at ad set level....1 ad per ad set vs multiple ads in one set, etc…)
  • Extremely data-driven, highly analytical, and detail oriented (engineers and rocket scientists are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of copywriting, direct-response marketing, and conversion rate optimization. 
  • Good writing skills (with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation) so you can write compelling ad copy (if needed).
  • Must be a SELF-STARTER who loves to work independently (and remotely) with little or no daily supervision, yet still be part of a team that thrives on open communication, clear outcomes, and accountability.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.

  • Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary to the fast pace at which we move.
  • Can handle a high volume of work, manage pressure well, and get things done quickly with attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding and experience using Instagram, Facebook, Facebook messenger, Trello, Gmail, Asana, Slack, Supermetrics, and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Obsessed with learning, growing, and getting better (ie. taking courses, listening to relevant podcasts, watching videos, etc… to master your craft)
